Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using X1000.ai ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") with LIGHT HOPE LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are effective upon account creation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at [email protected].
  • You may not share accounts or allow others to use your account.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.

4. Service Plans and Payment

Free tier: 10 AI sessions per day. No credit card required.

Pro ($79/mo or $63/mo billed annually): Unlimited sessions, all agents.

Enterprise ($299/mo): Custom fine-tuning, dedicated infrastructure, SSO.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Payments are processed by Stripe; their terms apply to payment processing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate illegal content, spam, or targeted harassment
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or infrastructure
  • Use automated means to access the Service beyond what is documented in our API
  • Share, resell, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
  • Use the Service to infringe third-party intellectual property rights
  • Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models (including Claude and GPT) to generate responses. You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
  • AI responses do not constitute professional legal, medical, financial, or other licensed advice
  • You are responsible for independently verifying AI outputs before acting on them
  • We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI-generated content

7. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Service, including software, design, and AI models, is owned by LIGHT HOPE LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as described in these Terms.

Your content: You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the Service. AI-generated outputs based on your inputs are provided to you as work product.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity, with or without notice depending on severity. You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIGHT HOPE LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Your continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
